Who we are

ContentInfra Labs (Bogdan Gamaleldin), Bucharest, Romania, runs contentinfralabs.com. For anything about your data, email privacy@contentinfralabs.com.

What we collect and why

If you accept cookies: an ID stored on your device, the pages you view, how far you scroll, the buttons you click, the steps you take in the booking calendar, the link or video that brought you here, your IP address, approximate location (city and country) and device type. We use it to see which of our videos and posts bring people here and lead to calls, so we can make more of what helps.

If you decline or don't answer: we only count the visit (page, approximate location, device). Nothing is stored on your device and no ID or IP address is kept.

If you book a call: the details you give in the booking form (name, email and answers) are processed by Calendly and shared with us to prepare for the call. If you become a client, payment details are handled by our payment provider (Whop); we only see what you bought and the amount.

Legal basis

Your consent for cookies and visit tracking, and taking steps at your request before a contract for bookings and payments.

Who sees it

Only ContentInfra Labs. It is stored with our hosting and database providers (Vercel, Supabase) and the booking and payment tools above. We never sell your data and don't use it for ads.

How long we keep it

Visit data for up to 24 months; booking and client records for as long as we need them for the relationship and our legal obligations.

Your choices and rights

You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing this site's cookies and storage in your browser, which brings the banner back. You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it or delete it, by emailing privacy@contentinfralabs.com. You can also complain to the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP) or the one where you live.
